Missing your tickets? Here's what to do

April 03, 1992

Oriole fans who have not received their Opening Day or season tickets probably will have to make an unscheduled trip to the new ballpark this weekend, a team spokesman said today.

The ticket offices in the north end of the B&O warehouse at Oriole Park at Camden Yards will be open tomorrow and Sunday for extended hours to accommodate those fans who have paid for their tickets but have not yet received them.

Rick Vaughn, Oriole spokesman, said the ticket offices will be open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. tomorrow and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Lines are anticipated, he said. Refreshments will be provided to fans.

"We ask people to check their mail today and Saturday before they come to the park to get their tickets," Mr. Vaughn said. "If they aren't mailed, all the ticket holder has to do is come to the offices with their invoice showing payment and some sort of identification."

He said the weekend distribution will cover both package ticket plans and single tickets.
