HARFORD COUNTY — Baltimore City

ROBBERY: Northern District -- Police said a 37-year-old resident of the 2800 block of Guilford Ave. was assaulted and robbed Tuesday morning while walking in the 200 block of W. 28th St. Charles Mackey told police he was walking along the street around 2:30 a.m. when he was attacked by two men who beat him with their fists and kicked him. Police said Mr. Mackey was robbed of a small sum of money. He was taken to Union Memorial Hospital, where he was treated for minor head injuries and released. Mr. Mackey told police he was not wearing his glasses at the time of the attack and was unable to identify his attackers or provide descriptions.

THEFT: Northern District -- A resident of the 3500 block of W. Lexington St. told police that while his 1981 BMW was parked in the 500 block of E. 25th St. over the weekend, someone stole all four of the vehicle's wheels and tires. Police said the property was valued at more than $400.

THEFT: Northern District -- A 10-year-old resident of the 4400 block of Old York Road reported that while he was playing ball in the 900 block of E. 43rd St., someone stole his unattended bike. Police said the child's bike was valued at nearly $150.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Police reported that someone broke into a dwelling in the 2700 block of Woodland Ave. earlier in the week and stole property valued at more than $800. Police said the intruder escaped with a 20-inch TV, a compact disc player, two VCRs, a typewriter and several compact discs. Police said entry was gained by kicking in the front door.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- A resident of the 5700 block of Ridgedale Road reported that someone broke into his home between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Tuesday and stole stereo equipment. Police said entry was gained by breaking a kitchen window and that the property was valued at nearly $1,800.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Police said someone broke into a dwelling in the 2900 block of Edgecombe Circle South Tuesday evening and stole several pieces of jewelry moments before the occupant arrived home. Police said entry was gained through a second-floor rear window and that rings, bracelets and necklaces were stolen. Police said the jewelry was valued at more than $1,000.

THEFT: Western District -- A resident of the 2400 block of W. Franklin St. reported that someone entered her home Tuesday and stole a 20-inch TV and a computer video game. Police said the property was valued at nearly $400 and that a relative of the victim is suspected of taking the property.

ROBBERY: Western District -- Lester Tyrell, a Diamond cabdriver, reported he was in the 2100 block of Pennsylvania Ave. shortly before 5 a.m. yesterday when he was hailed by a man. Mr. Tyrell reported that when he stopped, the man implied he was armed with a handgun and ordered the cabbie to give up his money. Police said the man escaped with about $100.

BURGLARY: Western District -- The owner of a house in the 1500 block of W. Baltimore St. told police that someone broke into the dwelling between Tuesday night and yesterday morning and stole a water heater, furnace and a cabinet. The owner told police the property was valued at nearly $4,400 and that entry was gained through a rear door.

BURGLARY: Western District -- Police said someone forcibly entered a house in the 600 block of N. Carrollton Ave. yesterday morning and stole a 19-inch TV. Police said the property was valued at $200.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A teen-age resident of the 1500 block of W. Fairmount Ave. told police he was riding his bike in the 1600 block of W. Fayette St. yesterday afternoon when he was accosted by a man armed with a handgun who forced him off the bike and stole it. Police said the victim's yellow 10-speed mountain bike was valued at $200.

RAPE: Western District -- Police today were seeking two men, one named "Eric" and the other "Donnell," in connection with the rape Tuesday evening of a woman inside a house in the 2500 block of Carver St. Following the rape, the woman was taken to a hospital for treatment and released.

ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- Police reported that a resident of the 1900 block of Hollins St. was walking in the first block of S. Pulaski St. early yesterday when he was accosted by a man who verbally threatened him while demanding his money. Police said the victim gave $10 to the man, who escaped on foot.

ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- Police said a man armed with a handgun stopped a resident of the 1000 block of Mt. Holly St. as he walked two blocks from his home Tuesday evening and demanded he give up his money and valuables. Police said the victim complied, giving the gunman cash and property, all valued at nearly $200.
