Owings Mills Town Center, filling several vacancies left after a weak Christmas shopping season, will add four tenants this spring, the mall's management has announced.

The new merchants include: Structures, a contemporary menswear store opening April 1; Monograms Plus, a monogram service opening in early April; Shingar, which sells women's silk clothing from India, opening about May 1; and Jordan Marie, which offers clothing for children, opening May 1.

The mall's Baby Gap store will move April 1 into a larger space, while The Gap will expand into the infant clothing store's old space. The Gap will close from early April until June 19 for renovations.

The mall also announced that Lechter's kitchenware store will expand into the space formerly occupied by Hudson Trail Outfitters, which closed in January after its parent company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.

L&N Seafood, a restaurant, also closed recently.

This summer, Limited Express will change its name to Express International Compagnie and move into expanded quarters.

Other recent additions at Owings Mills include, Payless Shoes, Dara Michelle, a women's accessories store; and Rafet's Hairmasters.
