Man, 18, Arrested On Drug Charges

James Cicero Morgan, 18, of no fixed address, was being held on $250,000 bond Friday after being arrested on drug charges following a police raid of a Perryman apartment.

The Harford Joint Narcotics TaskForce seized $1,000 worth of crack cocaine, $200 in marijuana, $1,600 in cash and a .22-caliber pistol from the apartment, in the 200 block of Perrywood Court Thursday, police said.

Morgan has been charged with possession with intent to distributecocaine and possession of a handgun.

CITY MAN DIES FROM SELF-INFLICTED GUNSHOT

A 31-year-old Baltimore man died after shooting himselfin the head with a .22-caliber rifle behind the Joppatowne Plaza shopping center at 11:45 a.m. Monday, state police at Benson said.

The man was flown to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, where he was pronounced dead at 1 p.m., police said.

4 MUG ABERDEEN MAN NEAR FESTIVAL PARK

An Aberdeen man reported to city police that hewas mugged by four men while walking near Festival Park at 2:45 a.m.March 8. The men took the victim's wallet, which contained $120, police said.

The victim did not provide descriptions of the robbers.

2100 block of Pulaski Highway: A 1966 Chevrolet, two televisions, and stereo equipment, worth a total of $2,130, were stolen Feb. 29.

Bel Air

Bel Air High School: Three videocassette recorders, worth $1,960, were stolen March 7.

2300 block of Thomas Run Road: Paulownia trees worth $1,000 were stolen Feb. 28.

1900 block of Ruffs Mill Road: Paulownia trees worth $800 were stolen Feb. 28.

Darlington

1800 block of Castleton Road: A bow, two saws and a Suzuki motorcycle, worth $7,400, were stolen from a barn Feb. 25.

3200 block Cedar Church Road: A telephone, answering machine, dishes, circular saw, two radios, food, can opener, microwave oven, toaster and tools, worth $1,590, were stolen from a house Feb. 25.

Edgewood

1500 block of Philadelphia Road: A 15-foot boat, trailer and outboard motor, worth $3,500, were stolen Feb. 29.

3500 block of Philadelphia Road: A trailer hitch, tools and fishing rod, worth $480, werestolen from a vehicle March 4.

Havre de Grace

100 block of Erie Street: Uniforms, boots, jewelry, two videocassette tapes, vehicle parts and an Asian figurine, worth $1,135, were stolen from a car March 4.

1000 block of Pulaski Highway: Stereo equipment worth $2,140was stolen from a vehicle on March 7.

3700 block of Level VillageDrive: A videocassette recorder, television, stereo equipment, toolsand knives, worth $4,900, were stolen from a house March 3.

100 block of Darlington Road: A 1983 Yamaha motorcycle worth $700 was stolen on March 5.

Joppa

1500 block of Bulls Lane: Jewelry and coins, worth $4,205, were stolen from a house Feb. 27.

Street

3100 block of Sandy Hook Road: A rifle, camera and cash, worth $500, were stolen from a house March 2.

Whiteford

400 block of Broad CreekRoad: Sheets and a bedspread were stolen from a cabin March 1. Doorswere damaged in the burglary. Loss totaled $870.
