Here's what to look for if you're traveling in the Baltimore metropolitan area this week. This list of highway projects includes only newly announced work, not continuing construction, which is extensive on several highways, including Interstate 95, U.S. 50/301 and the Baltimore-Washington Parkway.

New highway projects

Inner Loop I-695 from Belair Road to Harford Road will be closed to traffic from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. tomorrow. Traffic will be detoured from Harford Road to Taylor Avenue to Belair Road. fTC Dates may change because of weather.

Outer Loop I-695 from Belair Road to Harford Road will be closed to traffic from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. Tuesday. Traffic will be detoured from Belair Road to Taylor Avenue to Harford Road. Dates may change because of weather.

Route 137 -- Mount Carmel Road from York Road to Gunpowder Road -- For about three weeks, there will be lane closures from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for pipe replacements.

Bay Bridge -- Beginning tomorrow and continuing through April 15, one lane closed on westbound bridge. Two-way traffic on eastbound bridge as needed.

Bus route changes:

The MTA has scheduled the following changes in bus routes for this week. For more information, call 539-5000; TTY for the hearing-impaired, 539-3497.

St. Patrick's Day Parade

St. Patrick's Day Parade downtown today will temporarily reroute buses on these lines between 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. Parade begins at the Washington Monument and ends at Market Place.

No. 1 -- Northbound via regular route on Charles Street to Conway Street, west on Conway, north on I-395, north on Howard Street, west on Fayette Street, then via regular route. Southbound via regular route eastbound on Baltimore Street to Hopkins Place, south on Hopkins Place, south on Sharp Street, east on Hill Street, south on Hanover Street to Hughes Street, then via regular route.

No. 3 -- Southbound via regular route to Sharp and Camden streets, west on Camden to layover on Camden between Sharp and Howard streets. Northbound from layover on Camden, west on Camden, north on Howard, east on Baltimore, north on Calvert Street, west on Chase Street, north on Charles, then via regular route.

No. 7 -- Southbound via regular route eastbound on Pratt to Howard, north on Howard, east on Baltimore, north on Gay Street, east on Fayette, south on Jones Falls Boulevard, east on Pratt, then via regular route. No change northbound.

Nos. 10 and 27 -- Southbound via regular route on Eutaw Street to Baltimore, east on Baltimore, north on Gay, east on Fayette, south on Jones Falls Boulevard, east on Pratt, then via regular route. No change northbound.

No. 11 -- Northbound via regular route eastbound on Baltimore to Charles, east on Baltimore, north on Calvert, west on Chase, north on Charles, then via regular route. No change southbound.

No. 19 -- Eastbound via regular route to Eutaw and Baltimore, east on Baltimore, north on Gay, then via regular route. No change westbound.
