ROBBERY/ARREST: Northwestern District -- A 24-year-old resident of the 2600 block of Oswego Ave. was charged with the holdup Wednesday of an armored car company employee as the guard was about to leave a fast-food restaurant in the 4200 block of W. Northern Parkway. Police said Anthony C. Haskins was arrested by FBI agents outside his home about an hour after the 11 a.m. robbery at a McDonald's restaurant. Being sought in the robbery is Mr. Haskins' brother, William G. Haskins, 27, also of the 2600 block of Oswego Ave. Police said an employee of the Federal Armored Express Co. had just picked up receipts from the manager of the restaurant and was walking toward the front door on her way to an armored truck when she was stopped by two men with 9mm semiautomatic handguns. The men robbed the guard of her .38-caliber revolver and escaped with an undisclosed amount of money. Police said Anthony Haskins has been charged with armed robbery and using a handgun in the commission of a felony. It was not immediately known if money taken in the robbery was recovered.
