Williams & Wilkins, a Baltimore-based medical publisher, promoted G. Terry Minton to vice president, corporate and special sales department.

Market Line Associates, an Atlanta-based management consulting firm, appointed Kim Sutherland Harris director of marketing services.

Whitney, Bailey, Cox & Magnani, a Timonium-based engineering, planning and surveying company, named John J. Knight, John D. Wayne and Albert M. Copp associates.

Whitmore Printing Inc. in Annapolis appointed Claire Purnell manager of the digital division, which will handle imaging from Macintosh and IBM PostScript computer files.

McCormick & Co. Inc., a Sparks-based producer of seasonings, flavorings and specialty foods, appointed Glenn A. Girardi, logistics manager, materials management department, McCormick ingredients unit; Michael F. Reilly, vice president of operations, McCormick/Schilling division; and Joseph Conoscenti, director of special markets, non-food, McCormick/Schilling division.

Baltimore Freeport Centre, a Baltimore-based company that stores goods and merchandise for international and domestic companies and operates a trucking company, named Theresa J. Yerman compliance manager.

Baltimore Thermal Energy Corp., a Baltimore company that provides steam heating and cooling services, promoted G. Michael Larkin Jr. to executive vice president.

WHVY-FM Radio in Annapolis named Howard Hyatt sales manager, Mary Kaye LeMay promotions and marketing director, Kevin Raimond entertainment specialist, Jim Hughes and Dawn Petr, local sales representatives.

Columbia Design Collective, a Columbia-based architecture, planning, landscape architecture and interior design firm, appointed Edward Paul Haladay principal.

Summit Broadcasting Corp., owners of V103 and Heaven 600 Radio Stations in Baltimore, appointed Roy Sampson operations director for both stations, Marlear Alston V103 promotions director, Larry Jennings and John Coulson local sales managers for both stations.
