James A. Rew

James A. Rew, an engineer at the Baltimore-Washington International Airport plant of the Westinghouse Electric Corp., died Monday at North Arundel Hospital after a heart attack. He was 53 and a Millersville resident.

Services for Mr. Rew were being held today at the Barranco and Sons Funeral Home, Ritchie Highway and Robinson Road, Severna Park.

Born in Baltimore, he was a graduate of the Polytechnic Institute and earned a mechanical engineering degree at the University of Maryland at College Park.

He was a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers.

He is survived by his wife of 28 years, the former Mary F. Rampolla; two sons, Daniel J. and Adam J. Rew, both of Millersville; his mother, Anna May Rew of Ellicott City; and a sister, Betty Ann Hillman of Ellicott City.
