Pair Arrested On Drug Charges

County narcotics investigators seized 2 grams of marijuana and charged two people with possession of the drug after serving a search warrant in Pasadena Tuesday.

Bernard James Holmes, 38, of the 7800 block of West Shore Road, and Donna Lee Llewellyn, 41, of the same address, also were charged with possession of cocaine and paraphernalia.

Investigators said they served the warrant at the home at about 11 p.m. They also seized cocaine residue and $264.


A 42-year-old Glen Burnie man was listed in critical but stable condition yesterday after he lost control of his car and hit a tractor-trailer on Baltimore-Annapolis Boulevard.

At about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, police said, Malcom Coldesis Jacobs, of the 200 block of Woodhill Drive, was driving his 1979 BMW south on Baltimore-Annapolis Boulevard when he crossed the center line and hit a tractor-trailer in the northbound lane.

Jacobs was taken to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center at University Hospital in Baltimore.


County police were looking yesterday for two men who stole a car from a Millersville neighborhood and led police on a chase to Severna Park.

At about 10 p.m. Wednesday, two men stole a red Trans Am parked on Crucible Court, investigators said. Officers spotted the car about 11:45 p.m. on Ritchie Highway near Route 100 and chased it to Severna Park.

The pair jumped out ofthe car on Whites Road and ran down the Baltimore-Annapolis Bike Trail and into the woods.

Police gave no description of the men.


Two Prince George's County men were charged with possession with intent to distribute PCP after police found the drug Tuesday in a Laurel motel room.

Officers said they were patrolling the parking lot of the Motel 6 on Fort Meade Road at about 1:50 a.m. when they detected an odor ofether.

They investigated the room from which the smell seemed to be coming and found a plastic bottle containing green PCP flakes, the police report said.

Ricky Calisto, 24, of the 7500 block of Central Avenue in Takoma Park and Robert Jones, 24, of the 1700 block of Crosby Road in Hyattsville were taken to Western District to be charged.
