Aberdeen, Wright reschedule game Boys basketball

February 19, 1992|By Katherine Dunn zHC WTB

Last night's scheduled Harford County league game between No. 12 Aberdeen and C. Milton Wright was postponed until Tuesday night.

C. Milton Wright coach George Constantine said he and Aberdeen coach Len Petrey agreed to the delay because neither team had scheduled a game for next week. Since the Harford County league schedule ends Friday night and the regional playoffs do not begin until March 2, neither coach wanted an entire week off.

Aberdeen (19-2 overall, 13-0 league) could clinch the county title Friday night with a victory over North Harford. The Eagles beat C. Milton Wright (16-4, 10-2) in their first meeting, 62-40.
