Outlook: The Bullets ended an eight-game losing streak Sunday by beating Orlando, 114-104, behind Michael Adams' 38 points to post their seventh home victory. Only Minnesota (five) has fewer home wins. Charlotte has lost three straight and eight of its past 10. G Rex Chapman has missed the past 24 games with a sprained heel, and C Mike Gminski has missed 23 with a herniated disk. F J.R. Reid returned last week after missing 22 games with a stress fracture. F Larry Johnson is making a strong bid for Rookie of the Year, averaging 17.9 points and 11.6 rebounds. G Kendall Gill leads the team in scoring (19.4), and Baltimore Dunbar alumnus Muggsy Bogues leads in assists (8.7). The Bullets won the first meeting in Baltimore, Dec. 28, 129-124.
