St. Mary's overtakes Goucher State men

ST. MARY'S CITY -- Senior forward Greg Cain scored 14 of his 18 points in the second half, leading St. Mary's past Goucher, 78-71, in a Capital Conference game last night. Cain hit two of his baskets in the final three minutes after the visitors had drawn within 71-68. Sophomore Chris DeLisi also had 18 points to share scoring honors with Cain. David Clark (Catonsville) had 18 points

for Goucher.
