Yes, it is a growing county, an expensive county. It should definitely be rezoned. You do need more residential housing and they should be low income. Low-income and middle-income housing are not considered in Howard County. They should have housing projects like(developer James) Rouse is doing in Baltimore for low-income residents. We have to think about building for all the people in Howard County.
