Possession Of Crack Charged To Two Men

County police say thry have charged two men with possession of crackcocaine after they confiscated 43 rocks from one of the men in Freetown Village Saturday.

Michael Moye, 20, no fixed address, and Ernest Daniel Boney, 20, of the 7800 block of Willing Court in Freetown, were charged with intent to distribute and possession of cocaine, thepolice report said.


A Severn man was charged with breaking into a Hanover department store early yesterday morning, police said.

Officers said they were called to the Jamesway department store in the 2600 block of Annapolis Road at 2:30 a.m. after the store's burglar alarm went off.

When they arrived, they found a hole in the cement wall in the back of the store. The officers blocked all the store exits, and sent a police dog inside. The dog found a man who was trying to climb through theceiling, police said. He fell from the ceiling and broke his ankle.

Ted Eugene Ussery, 34, of the 8200 block of Clearwater Court, was treated at North Arundel Hospital and released.


Robbery detectives are looking for a gunman who tried tohold up a Brooklyn Park man early Sunday morning.

Police said the31-year-old victim was jogging down an alley behind Brooklyn Park Plaza on Ritchie Highway about 4 a.m. when two men jumped him.

One pulled out a gun and demanded money. The jogger punched one of the robbers in the face and ran from the alley, police said.

The jogger described the first robber as a white man with dark, shoulder-length hair, wearing a jean jacket. The second robber was described as white and wearing jeans and a light-colored shirt.


Two masked men robbed a bank at Jumper's Junction Mall Friday afternoon, police reported.

According to detectives, the robbers, one armed with a small revolver, walked into the Signet Bank about 7:30 p.m. and demanded money from the tellers.

Police described the first robber as a light-skinned black man, about 5 feet, 8 inchestall and weighing 160 pounds. The second was described as black, about 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds.
