James K. Andreen has been named treasurer of Bottcher America Corp.,Belcamp.
Andreen joined the staff of Bottcher as controller in April 1990.
Previously he was with the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand, in San Diego and then in the company's Baltimore office as senior associate.
He received a bachelor's of science degree with honors in business administration and accounting from San Diego State University.
Bottcher America is a wholly owned subsidiary of Felix BottcherGmbh. & Co. of Cologne, Germany. The company manufactures rubber-covered rollers for the printing industry.
SAUL TO DISCUSS MOSH
Milton H. F. Saul, assistant commissioner of Maryland Occupational Safety and Health will discuss "The Vital Role of MOSH in the Workplace" at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, at the Richlin Ballroom in Edgewood.
The talk is part of the Upper Chesapeake Occupational Health Program's Business and Health Forum breakfast.
The cost is $7 a person and includes a buffet breakfast.

Four agents for Century 21 Diana Realty Inc. have received achievement awards for the third quarter.

CHILD-CARE JOB TRAINING
Harford Community College, in cooperation with the Susquehanna Region Private Industry Council, offers intensive, specialized job-training programs in child-care certification and clerical office skills.
Spaces are available for upcoming training sessions, which begin Feb. 10 and continue through June 26.
Eligible applicants may receive job training and placement assistance at no cost. Other supportive services available include transportation allowances and child care.
