MARCI ABELL AND GEORGIE SMITH are co-chairing "An Evening With Roberta Flack" Feb. 29 at the Meyerhoff. THE ED BLOCK COURAGE Awards draws a sporting crowd at its 14th annual event set for March 3 at Martin's West. This year's honorary community chairman is Morris Huntley, Eastern regional manager for Stouffer Restaurants. EXPRESSIONS '92, the annual bash to benefit the Baltimore School for the Arts, will take place on March 7 at the school.
