A 43-year-old Southwest Baltimore man became the city's 302nd homicide victim yesterday -- shot to death during a domestic dispute with his live-in girlfriend, police said.
John Robinette of the 400 block of Eastlynne Avenue was pronounced dead when police arrived at his row house about 4:20 a.m. He had been shot once in the head. The city is now three murders away from reaching last year's total of 305.
