Recipient's comments: "We've had a lot of injuries early and hopefully with the winter break coming up we can get healthy. The freshman have come out and played real well. It's a building season for the freshman and sophomores and I just try to keep everything in sync. My role is to be a leader and urge the players to keep working hard."
