Woman Mugged In Edgewater Village

A 27-year-old woman was robbed at gunpoint by two men as she was walking in the Edgewater Village area of Edgewood Wednesday evening, theHarford Sheriff's Office said.

The woman told police she was walking along Gilway Court near Brookside Drive on her way to a friend's house when two men came out of a wooded area and confronted her at about 5:10 p.m. One of the men pointed a revolver at the woman and demanded her purse, police said. The woman threw her purse and fled.

One suspect is described as a black man with a thin build, about 22 years old and about 6 feet tall. He was wearing a blue knit hat, atan hip-length coat with a hood, and jeans. The second suspect is described as a black man with a husky build, about 20 years old and 5 feet 6 inches tall. He was wearing a dark waist-length coat.

Anyonewith information about the robbery is asked to call the Sheriff's Office at 838-6000.

100 block Briarcliff Lane: A radar detector, citizen'sband radio and speakers, worth $450, were stolen from a car on Nov. 25, the sheriff's office said.

1300 block North Fountain Green Road: A stereo, case and compact disks, worth $510, were stolen from a car on Nov. 25.

1700 block Lynx Court: Tools were stolen and a lockwas damaged at a construction trailer on Nov. 26, the sheriff's office said. Loss: $1,450.

2400 block Churchville Road: Two tires, tworims and lug nuts, worth $410, were stolen from a car on Nov. 29, the sheriff's office said.

600 block Fox Bow Drive: Baseball cards, worth $2,000, were stolen from a house on Dec. 1.

Abingdon

400 block Abby Circle: A scanner and portable telephone, worth $1,150, were stolen from a vehicle on Nov. 30, the sheriff's office said.

3100 block Emmorton Road: Two cash registers and money, totaling $1,500, were stolen from Fortunato Bros. on Nov. 23.

Belcamp

4400 block Pulaski Highway: An air compressor, worth $7,500, was stolen from a construction site on Nov. 19, the sheriff's office said.

Churchville

1100 block Glenville Road: Lumber, worth $600, was stolen from a construction site on Nov. 30, the sheriff's office said.

Edgewood

1600 block Emmorton Road: A jacket was stolen from a car and the car's convertible top was damaged on Nov. 22, the sheriff's officesaid. Loss: $1,100.

2700 block Beckon Drive: A 1989 Subaru, worth$7,000, was stolen on Nov. 25, the sheriff's office said.

Fallston

400 block Whitaker Mill Road: A chain saw, worth $750, was stolen from a house on Nov. 21, the sheriff's office said.

Forest Hill

Unit block Lockhart Circle: Stereo equipment and a mirror were stolen were stolen from a vehicle and the vehicle's window was damaged on Tuesday, the sheriff's office said. Loss: $1,230.

Havre de Grace

500 block South Adams Street: An undetermined amount of change was stolen from two money boxes at the Inter-County Bus Lines office onNov. 28, city police said.

Unit block Robin Hood Road: Jewelry and clothing, worth $2,280, were stolen from a house on Dec. 1, the sheriff's office said.

Country Club Road: Golf-hole flags were stolenand golf carts and portable restrooms were vandalized at the Golf and Country Club of Swan Creek on Monday, the sheriff's office said. Loss: $1,540.

Whiteford

1800 block Susquehanna Hall Road: Tools, an arc welder and go-cart, worth $740, were stolen from a shed on Nov. 27, the sheriff's office said.
