Man held in incident at state mansion

November 21, 1991

An Annapolis teen-ager was arrested last night and charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly yelling obscenities at guests of Gov. William Donald Schaefer near the fountain on the grounds of the governor's mansion following a reception.

Sean Faudre, 19, disregarded repeated warnings from state troopers in the governor's security detail, said Frank Traynor, the governor's press secretary.

Mr. Faudre was being held at the Annapolis state police barrackspending a bail review hearing.
