Services for Christopher M. Nutt of Severn are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, at Singleton Funeral Home.

Christopher, 7, diedat home Nov. 18 after a five-year bout with leukemia.

Born in Killeen, Texas, he was a first-grader at Severn Elementary School and attended Sunday School while living in Grantsville and Vacation Bible School at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Glen Burnie. Heenjoyed Nintendo computer games and plants.

Christopher is survived by his father, Sgt. Robert E. Nutt Sr. of Fort Meade; his mother and stepfather, Dawn and Perry N. Hamilton of Severn; and three brothers, Perry Hamilton Jr. of Grantsville, and Vincent J. Nutt and RobertE. Nutt Jr., both of Severn.

JOHN CLARK

LUMBER CO. OWNER, 87

Services for John H. Clark Sr., formerly of Glen Burnie, will take place 1:30 p.m. today at Marley Park Church of the Nazarene. Burial will follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park.

Mr. Clark, 87, died Nov. 16 at Hot Springs Nursing Home in Virginia after a lengthy illness.

The Baltimore native owned a lumber business and lived locally for 11 years. He was a charter member of the Marley Park Church of the Nazareneand a member of the Lynchburg (Va.) Church of the Nazarene.

Mr. Clark is preceded in death by his wife, Sarah J. Clark.

Survivors include a son, John H. Clark Jr. of Bedford, Va.; two daughters, DorisM. Duke of Millboro, Va., and Dorothy Denton of Broomes Island; two sisters, Eleanor Jarboe of Annapolis and Agnes Weaver of Baltimore; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

DONALD PHELPS

TRUCK DRIVER, 53

Services for Donald L. Phelps of Severn will be held 11 a.m. today at Kirkley Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park.

Mr. Phelps, 53, died Nov. 16 at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.

Born in Severn, he worked as a truck driver for 35 years at several local firms.

Mr. Phelps is survived by his sons, Keith Phelps and Donald Phelps; four sisters, Yvonne Pierce of Pasadena, Audrey Phelps of Severn, Gloria Smith of Pasadena and Shirley Walls of Glen Burnie; and two grandchildren.
