Jumping For Your Health

WESTMINSTER — Third-, fourth- and fifth-graders from Westminster Elementary will "Jump Rope for Heart" for the American Heart Association 9:45 to 11:30a.m. Saturday in the school gym.

Participants will jump consecutively in teams and in pairs non-stop for 90 minutes. They will raise money through pledges for minutes jumped.

In other jumping news, the Carrolltowne Cricketts, a jump rope demonstration team, performed at the MAPHERD convention Nov. 3.

The group also participated in a "Jump Rope for Heart" on Nov. 8.
