Loyola tunes up for opener with victory over Soviet team

Senior guard Kevin Green (Dunbar) led the Greyhounds with 22 points and sophomore forward Mike Reese, making his debut with the team, added 15.

The Greyhounds begin their season Friday night at the Apple Invitational in Palo Alto, Calif., against defending N.I.T. champion Stanford.
