Coach's comments: "We have three returning seniors and a host of other guys competing for the other two starting spots. The guys have a much more positive attitudewith more focus than last year's team, largely due to the senior leadership. Every player came back a little better this year, and we're just going to take it one step at a time and try to improve on last season's record."

The Carroll County Sun's outlook: The Bullets have improved steadily in each season under third-year coach George Petrie. It looks like they will continue to do so, with three seniors returning along with four other underclassmen. Petrie says the senior leadership, with Scott d'Entremont at center, has been the difference. The Bullets have a lot of depth, and Petrie plans to use as many as nine players regularly. If the Bullets can get by a tough early schedule, they could have a very successful season.
