Pam Goldberg and Judy Leichtman were recognized as the top producersfor the Annapolis office of Shannon & Luchs Realtors for the month of September. The Annapolis office increased its total sales in September 1991 compared to September 1990 by 58 percent.

DUNN GETS TOURISM AWARD

A county resident was among the 15 award winners at the recent 11th Annual Conference on Tourism. The awards are presented at the conference each year to recognize significant industry contributions in public/private partnerships, advertising, special promotions and customer service.

The Maryland Hospitality Award went to David Dunn, tour guide for Heritage Tours, Capitol/KOA Campground in Millersville.

Dunn was chosen for his outstanding service to Maryland visitors.

DAVIS TO HEAD CAMPAIGN

Lou Davis, Annapolis bureau chief of WMAR, Channel 2 has accepted the position of Christmas chairman to spearhead the Annapolis Salvation Army's 1991 Christmas Campaign.

Davis covers the legislature, state politics, and Anne Arundel County for theBaltimore-based television station, and has extensive background in television news.

A resident of Millersville, Davis has been activein the Anne Arundel community for nine years.

Will head Christmas campaign

SURVEYING VP NAMED

John E. Harms Jr. and Associates Inc. has announced the appointment of Russell Lowman, professional land surveyor, to vice president in charge of the survey division.

Previously chief of surveys for the engineering, consulting and surveying firm, Lowman has 39 years of experience in the field.

A native of Baltimore, and a longtime resident of Annapolis, Lowman has been an active public speaker and advocate for education for professionals on issues related to property surveys and property owners' rights. He has taught surveying courses at several area colleges.
