Last-minute play lifts Glenelg, 13-12

Matt Morraye threw a 12-yard touchdown pass to Ryan McKibben on a fourth-and-goal with 12 seconds remaining, as Glenelg (2-7, 2-4) edged visiting Hammond (4-5, 3-3), 13-12, yesterday in a Howard County League game.

White added a 10-yard touchdown run in the second quarter.

Woodlawn 14, Fort Hill 10

Rodney Pettit ran for two touchdowns to lead No. 14 Woodlawn (7-2) over host Fort Hill (4-5).

North County 7, Glen Burnie 6

Anthony Walker scored a touchdown on a 39-yard run, as No. 16 North County (7-2, 6-2) edged visiting Glen Burnie (4-5, 3-5) in an Anne Arundel County 4A Division game.

Centennial 14, Howard 13

Brian Kujawa's 2-yard touchdown run with 2:02 left in the game led host Centennial (5-4, 3-3) over Howard (5-4, 2-4) in a Howard County League game.

Kujawa rushed for 122 yards and also caught a 53-yard scoring pass from Greg Short in the second quarter.

Kirk Wise and Guy Smith had rushing touchdowns for Howard.

Oakland Mills 32, Atholton 13

Greg Washington caught four passes -- three for touchdowns -- for 105 yards to lead visiting Oakland Mills (6-3, 5-1) over Atholton (5-4, 3-3) in a Howard County League game.

Oakland Mills led, 12-7, at halftime and outscored the Raiders, 20-6, in the second half.

Monte Spencer paced the Scorpions' running game, rushing for 99 yards and a touchdown.

Atholton's Brian Van Deusen, who entered the game with 1,378 yards and 17 touchdown passes, was held to 98 yards, completing nine of 23.

PD Brian Hannah had three receptions for 77 yards to lead Atholton.

Spalding 7, Curley 6

Brian Edwards' 62-yard touchdown pass to Jeff Paxson led Archbishop Spalding (2-8, 2-5) over host Archbishop Curley (0-9, 0-7) in a Maryland Scholastic Association C Conference game.

5) Edwards finished 5-for-6 for 90 yards.
