These maps show in detail the new boundaries of congressional districts in Baltimore and Baltimore County. (Today's Anne Arundel County Sun includes the new map for that county, and the Howard County map will appear soon in the Howard County Sun.) Generally, district boundaries run down the middle of streets, and residents on opposite sides of the same border street vote in different congressional districts. Registered voters whose congressional districts have changed
will receive new voter cards from local election boards late this year.
Three congressional districts cover parts of Baltimore: the 1st, which also includes much of Anne Arundel County and the entire Eastern Shore; the 3rd, which also includes part of Baltimore and Howard counties; and the 7th, which spills over into western Baltimore County.
Baltimore County is also split into three congressional districts: the 2nd, which also includes all of Harford County; the 3rd, and the 7th.
