Two Men Charged With Phony Cocaine

County police confiscated 14 rocks of fake crack cocaine from two men Tuesday.

According to the police report, an undercover detectivehad made arrangements to buy some drugs from two dealers who were tomeet him at a fast-food restaurant on Route 175. The dealers did notshow up, but detectives waited outside a gas station across the street.

After a few minutes, the dealers drove up, then left the parking lot of the restaurant. The detectives followed them, stopped the car and searched the two men. They found the counterfeit crack individually packaged in the pockets of one of the men, police said.

Garfield Dion Mundell, 22, of the 1600 block of St. Margaret's Road in Annapolis, was charged with selling crack cocaine when officers discoveredhe was wanted on an outstanding warrant.

Deondra Densay Medley, 18, of the 1600 block of Meade Circle Road, was charged with trying tosell counterfeit cocaine.
