Baltimore County police are investigating the death of a 19-year-old man whose body was discovered yesterday in a wooded section of the 3100 block of Essex Road in Woodlawn.
The victim, Carlos L. Paul of the 1200 block of Brigadoon Trail, was found on the ground with a bullet wound to the right side of his head and a pistol in his right hand, police said. His body was found about 7:15 a.m. by students taking a shortcut to school. E. Jay Miller, a county police spokesman, said police are treating the death as suspicious pending an autopsy at the state medical examiner's office.
