Man Mugged By 4 At Reece Rd. Store

A Baltimore man was robbed of his money and bicycle outside the Pioneer City Food Mart Wednesday, police reported.

The 29-year-old mantold police he parked his bike outside the store on Reece Road at 9:10 p.m. and went into the store. Four men walked up to him and pushedhim. The victim tripped, and the men grabbed about $38 out of his hand and ran out of the store.

The robbers ran out of the store, and when the victim walked outside, he saw that his bike was gone.

Police said the robbers were in their late teens.

MAN, 36, ARRESTED ON COCAINE CHARGE

A 36-year-old man was charged with possession of cocaine in Meade Village Wednesday.

According to the police report, Officer Kevin Tribull was onpatrol on Circle Road at 3:30 p.m. when he saw Rickey Miles Jones standing on the sidewalk drinking a beer and trying to pick up a rock on the ground.

When Tribull asked Jones what it was, Jones said it was heroin, according to police. Tribull took Jones to Western District station, where the rock tested positive for crack cocaine, the police report said.

Jones also was charged with drinking in public.

Severn:

1900 block of Arwell Court: Oct. 1, entry gained through the door. Unknown property taken.

Odenton:

500 block of Retreat Court: Oct. 2, entry gained through the window. Nothing taken.
