No, I think it would be a good idea to have one. I thinkall public officials need citizens' committees to oversee them -- not just their supervisors -- and critique them, whether good or bad. Ithink there are a lot of officials using their authority to get awaywith things. The public is electing these people. Why can't we have an organization to speak out on how they are doing?
