The Capitals will make their only appearance at the Baltimore Arena this year, meeting the Flyers tonight at 8 o'clock in an NHL exhibition game.

The next-to-last exhibition game this season for Washington will be preceded by a 4 p.m. AHL exhibition encounter between the Skipjacks and the Bears. It will be one of only two exhibition games for Baltimore this season.

In addition to the hockey doubleheader, there will be a sports card and memorabilia festival today on the concourse of the Baltimore Arena from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. NFL Hall of Famer Art Donovan will be on hand to sign autographs from 11 a.m. to 12, and NHL Hall of Famer Alex Delvecchio (Detroit Red Wings) will sign autographs from 1 to 3 p.m.

Fans will need a ticket to the doubleheader to get into the sports card festival.

Tickets are available at the Baltimore Arena box office from 9 a.m. to game time; by calling the Skipjacks office at 727-0703 and by calling TicketMaster at 481-6000.
