Dr. Bohne G. Silber, an industrial-organizational psychologist and president of Silber & Associates, a Columbia-based opinion research firm, has been awarded a $36,000 contract with the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the Internal Revenue Service.

Silber & Associates will analyze data from a nationwide survey of 10,000 IRS employees about their computer usage.

SENIORS GROUP SELECTS 2

Sarah Pick, president of Sarah Pick Associates, a public relations and marketing firm, and Bobbie McAdam, president of the Meeting Planners, a special events consulting firm, have been awarded a contractwith Job Support for Seniors, a non-profit group subsidized by the Montgomery County Department of Family Resources.

NEW ASSOCIATES CHOSEN

Robert David Joseph and Glen Patrick Smith have joined the law firm of Weinberg and Green, which has offices in Columbia, as associates in the litigation department.

Joseph is a member of the Maryland, North Carolina and District of Columbia bars.

Smith graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School magna cum laude.
