'Coping in the '90s' offered at Center Club

The Maryland chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks will present an educational seminar entitled "Coping in the '90s: Workouts and Bankruptcies," from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the Center Club in the USF&G tower at Pratt and Light streets.

Approved for 1 1/2 hours of real estate continuing education, the seminar will include presentations by Marc B. Sherman, an accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, and Irving Walker and Richard Levine, attorneys with Miles and Stockbridge. The

Architect's work shown at Park School

The work of architect Steve Glassman and his design firm, Arand Architectural Design, is on display during school hours through the end of September in the exhibit gallery of the Park School on Old Court Road in Brooklandville.

Russett development to have formal opening

Russett, a major new community in Anne Arundel County, will hold its formal opening Oct. 2 beginning at 9:30 a.m. County Executive Robert R. Neall will attend.

The project near Route 198 and the Baltimore-Washington Parkway will have 3,000 detached houses, town houses, condominiums and apartments. Prices start in the $150,000s for detached houses and in the $120,000s for town houses.
