FINKSBURG — Charles H. Bowers, 76, died Friday at Carroll County General Hospital. A retired carpenter, he was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. Surviving are nephews, John Moser of Reisterstown and Harry Moser of Finksburg, and a niece, Catherine Miller of Owings Mills.

Rosemary Fiore, 69, died Friday at Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of Michael J. Fiore. A member of St. Peter's CatholicChurch in Libertytown, she also was a member of the auxiliary of theDisabled American Veterans. In addition to her husband, survivors include daughters, Ann Marie Edelen, Martha Funkhouser and Michaelene J. Loven, all of Frederick County; son, Joseph M. Fiore of here; brothers, Louis Sterpe and Peter Sterpe, both of New York, Frank Sterpe and Richard Sterpe, both of Florida, and Anthony Sterpe of California; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Mary Catherine Redmond, 59, died Saturday at her home. She was the wife of Albert M. Redmond. In addition to her husband, survivors include sons, Albert C. Redmond of Jefferson City, Tenn., Richard L. Redmond of Baltimore, Jeffrey A. Redmond of Sykesville and Thomas L. Redmond of Westminster; daughters, Susan M. Bowers of here, Debra A. Livesay and Shirley L. Shaffer, both of Jefferson City; brothers, Eugene D. Rohrbaugh of Baltimore County, Wayne C. Rohrbaugh of here, Samuel C. Rohrbaugh of Hampstead, Thomas Rohrbaugh and Kenneth E. Rohrbaugh, both of Jacobus, Pa.; sister, Ruth N. Krebs of Seven Valleys, Pa.; and 11 grandchildren. Services will be 10 a.m. today at Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Road.
