Big Bird and gang are coming to town

Big Bird, Cookie Monster, Bert and Ernie are just some of the Sesame Street gang appearing at the Baltimore Arena Wednesday to next Sunday in the latest "Sesame Street Live" production, "Big Bird and the ABCs." Tickets for this special production are $10.50 and $8.50 and are available at Ticketmaster outlets or by calling 481-6000. Country singer Tammy Wynette will perform at the 39th

annual Anne Arundel County Fair today at 3 p.m. at the county fairgrounds on Generals Highway in Crownsville. Best known for her 1960s hit, "Stand by Your Man," Ms. Wynette has had 20 No. 1 country hits, more than any other female singer.
