Houses And Apartments Over 20 Years Adequate?

I agree there should be space available for low- and moderate-cost housing. I wouldn't be able to judge at this time whether the number is too high or low. If properly zoned, I don't think it will have an adverse effect on property values. The only question is, how will the county pay for it? Will there be an added burden on other services?
