Man, 2 Boys Charged With School Break-in

County police have charged a Pasadena man and two boys with breakinginto an elementary school Tuesday.

Walter Wines Jr., 18, of the 1300 block German Drive Way was charged after police apprehended two boys running from the school.

Investigators said officers went to Pasadena Elementary School inthe 100 block of Spruce Way at about midnight in response to a burglary alarm.

They caught the two boys running from the school and information from the boys led police to Wines.

The two boys were charged as juveniles with burglary and released to their parents.


The man who allegedly snatched a woman's purse and stole her Mercedes Benz Monday was charged with robbery with a deadly weapon after police said they caught him driving the car Tuesday.

Colden Jerome Brothers, 20, of the 100 block Crain Highway in Upper Marlboro, also was charged with a handgun violation and unauthorized use of a car.

The woman was robbed of her purse and 1988 Mercedes at about 2:45 p.m. Monday in the parking lot of Annapolis Mall.

On Tuesday morning, police spotted the car parked in the driveway of a home in the 5600 block of Vancouver Court in Franklin Manor. As the officer was watching the car, a man got into it and beganto drive away.

The officer stopped the car at the intersection ofDelaware Avenue and Carvel Road and Brothers was arrested.


County police have charged a Severn man with possession with intent to distribute a counterfeit drug after he spit out a plastic bag on Arwell Court Monday.

Jimmie Louis Foreman, 26, of the 1800 block Arwell Court, was arrested after an officer reported seeing a man selling what appeared to be crack cocaine to a woman.

Police said when Foreman saw the officer, he put the bag in his mouth and the woman also put a small bag in her mouth.

After afew minutes, the pair spit the bags out and police said they found the counterfeit crack-cocaine in them.

Police did not charge the woman and Foreman was taken to Western District.
