On the occasion of the University of Maryland Baltimore County's 25th anniversary, the school tries to answer that question with a photography exhibit opening tomorrow in the Kuhn Library and Gallery. "University Portraits: UMBC at 25" features 60 photographs by Tim Ford of college staff, students and faculty, intended to "present the human side of the institution," says curator William Dunlop.
