This is a weekly summary of selected prime contracts recently awarded by the federal government to companies and other vendors in Maryland.

Maryland contracts

Booz-Allen and Hamilton in Bethesda won a $2,700,359 contract from the Navy to provide technical engineering support, and a $2,230,103 Navy contract for technical analysis and support services.

Mar Inc. in Rockville won a $1,874,006 contract from the Navy to provide engineering and technical services.

Non-defense contracts

Western Publishing Co. in Annapolis won a $843,249 contract from U.S. Government Printing Office to provide printing services.

3N Company Inc. in Dundalk won a $153,240 contract from the Veterans Affairs Medical Center for regional offices.

Gill Group Inc. in Crofton won a $95,000 contract from General Services Administration to provide food services.

Artisan Printing in Forestville won a $56,629 contract from the U.S. Government Printing Office for book printing services.

The Scale People Inc. in Beltsville won a $25,000 contract from

the GSA to provide supplemental food services.
