Davis hits first homer in Suns' Friday victory

HAGERSTOWN -- Baltimore Orioles first baseman Glenn Davis hit his first rehabilitation-assignment home run to lead the Hagerstown Suns to a 2-0 victory over the Reading Phillies in a Class AA Eastern League game Friday night.

Mike Linskey (5-4) allowed five hits and two walks in eight innings for the win. Jeff Williams got his 15th save.

Paul Fletcher (5-9) took the loss, giving up two runs and three hits in eight innings.
