Horizon Health and Rehabilitation, an outpatient rehabilitation facility, has relocated its facility to the Dorsey Hall Professional Parkin Ellicott City.
Horizon provides physical, occupational, speechand neuro-physical therapies for people with neurological disorders,such as head injury and stroke.

MULLINIX SEES PRODUCTS
Mike Mullinix of Dayton-based J. David Mullinix & Sons, Inc. recently attended a new product introduction in Kansas City.
The new products unveiled included 12 new models of AGCO Allis tractors in five series, ranging from 40 through 130 PTO horsepower and a series of re-engineered rotary Gleaner combines.
APPRAISING COURSE OFFERED
Howard Community College is offering "Real Estate: Practices of Appraising," a second in a series, a 30-hour course that will cover the application of the principles of residential property valuation to the appraisal process.
The class will meet 7 to 9:30 p.m. Wednesdays and 9 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., Aug. 21-Sept. 25. Cost is $185.
