County Executive Robert R. Neall appointed four people to the AnimalControl Commission Tuesday.
The new appointees, who will serve two-year terms, are:
* Stephanie K. Barry of Annapolis, who will serve at large. An aide to the Republican Senate delegation, Barry has been employed by the Maryland General Assembly since 1988. She has experience with the Anne Arundel Trade Council and the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation.
* Richard N. Harmon of Odenton. Harmon will represent the 4th and 5th Council Districts, which
include West County and Severna Park and the Broadneck peninsula. Harmon owns Richard's Pet Services and has been employed in the animal care business since 1974.
He is vice president of the Odenton Shopping Center MerchantsAssociation.
* Phillip Solloway of Ferndale. Solloway will represent the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Council Districts. A retired pharmaceutical salesman, he is active in the Woodlawn Improvement Association. He isa former animal control commission member.
