DRUG ARRESTS: Eastern District -- Police said three teen-agers were released to the custody of their parents after they were arrested last night and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Police said officers responding to complaints from citizens in the 1800 block of Regester St. last night arrested the youths -- ages 13, 14 and 16. Police said $300 in cash was seized and that nearly 40 vials of cocaine also were confiscated. Police said nine of the vials were hidden inside a tennis ball and 28 were found on a window sill of a vacant house. Police said another 43 vials containing cocaine residue were in a back yard and that it appeared the cocaine had just been sold before officers arrived on the scene.

BURGLARY: Western District -- A resident of the 1500 block of W. Fayette St. reported that someone entered her home yesterday and stole a 27-inch 10-speed bike valued at more than $100. The woman told police a man came to her door and asked for her husband. The woman reported that when she went upstairs to get him, the man entered the house and stole the bike. Police said a 33-year-old man known to the victim was being sought.

BURGLARY: Western District -- Police said a freezer and several pieces of chinaware were stolen from a home in the 700 block of N. Fremont Ave. after someone entered through a rear window.

BURGLARY: Western District -- Police said property valued at more than $1,900 was stolen from a dwelling in the 1900 block of Harlem Ave. after someone entered through a basement window. Police said the intruder made off with a VCR, stereo receiver, two rings and a bracelet.

ROBBERY: Western District -- Joseph Holden, an out-of-town resident, reported he was seated in his pickup truck while parked in the 2500 block of Eutaw Place yesterday when he was accosted by a man armed with a handgun. Police said the gunman robbed Holden of his watch, gold bracelet and a necklace before forcing him out of the vehicle. Police said the man then drove off in the pickup truck. Police said the property, with the exception of the truck, was valued at more than $1,300.

ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- Eva Brown, of the 2200 block of W. North Ave., reported she was walking in the 2300 block of Gwynns Falls Parkway Wednesday evening when she was attacked by a man who pushed her to the pavement and robbed her of cash and property, all valued at nearly $150. Police said Brown was slightly injured but refused medical treatment.

ASSAULT: Northwestern District -- Theodore Thomas, of the 5500 block of Haddon Ave., told police that during an incident in the 3500 block of Hayward Ave. Wednesday night, he was attacked by a man who struck him with a length of wood. Police said Thomas was taken to Sinai Hospital, where he was treated for minor injuries and released.

THEFT: Northwestern District -- Employees of Elite Jewelers in the Mondawmin Shopping Mall told police that someone entered the store Wednesday and stole several pieces of jewelry. Police said the jewelry was valued at more than $5,000.

SHOOTING: Northwestern District -- Robert Lewis, of the 4500 ++ block of Pimlico Road, reported he was in the 5000 block of Park Heights Ave. Wednesday night when he was approached by a man armed with a handgun who shot him in the leg. Police said Lewis was taken to Sinai Hospital for treatment and released. Police added that Lewis told them he knew of no reason for the shooting.

ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- Police reported that a man armed with a handgun stopped Ethel Wynn, of the 3700 block of Manchester Ave., as she walked in the 4000 block of W. Northern Parkway and forced her to give up her money. Police said the gunman escaped with about $40.

ASSAULT: Northwestern District -- Novell Everett, of the 3000 block of Reisterstown Road, reported that during an incident with another man at his home Wednesday night, he was cut with a knife. Police said the armed man escaped and that Everett was treated at the scene by the crew of an ambulance.

BURGLARY: Northwestern District -- A resident of the 5500 block of Gwynn Oak Ave. told police that someone broke into his home and stole property valued at nearly $2,700. Police said entry was gained by forcing a door.

ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- Richard Chandler, of the 5300 block of Gwynn Oak Ave., reported he was in the 3100 block of Rogers Ave. early yesterday when he was approached from behind by a man armed with a handgun who robbed him of cash and property, all of unknown value.
