Yes, as long as no parole is involved. People with more intelligence than I have been arguing for capital punishment. People can argue(Tirado) will never do it again if he were done away with. But as far as a deterrence, who knows? I would be upset if someone said after five years, (Tirado) rehabilitated himself and is now ready for parole. He committed a serious crime and now must pay.
