Army Reserve Pvt. Tracy D. Stewart has graduated from the material storage and handling course at Fort Lee, Petersburg, Va.
Students were trained in receipt, storage, shipment, issue, preservation and packaging of supplies and equipment.
Stewart is the daughter of Deborah K. Stewart of Severn and Anthony E. Stewart of Baltimore.
The soldier is a 1988 graduate of Meade High School.
GIDDINGS ENDS TRAINING
Air Force Reserve Sgt. RickyW. Giddings recently completed the clinical training portion of the medical service specialist career field at Wright-Patterson Medical Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio.
Students received advanced instruction in various specialties of the nursing and health care career field.
Giddings is the son of Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Giddings of Glen Burnie.
He is a 1984 graduate of Glen Burnie High School.
DAWSON COMPLETES CLASS
Spec. Joseph W. Dawson has graduated from the air-traffic control operator course at Fort Rucker, Daleville, Ala.
Graduates were taught aircraft recognition, interpretation of weather reports, instrument-flight rules and manual approachcontrol radio and telephone procedures. Also included was the Federal Aviation Administration control tower operation course.
He is the son of Joan L. Smith of Annapolis.
The specialist is a 1982 graduate of Annapolis Senior High School.
PLUMER STUDIES WEAPONS
Army National Guard Pvt. David D. Plumer has completed training at the U.S. Army Infantry School, Fort Benning, Columbus, Ga.
During the course, students received training that qualified them as light-weapons infantrymen and as indirect-fire crewmen in a rifle or mortar squad.
Plumer is the son of Ann Plumer of Glen Burnie.
