Three nabbed in Balto. Co. drug raid Two men and a woman are charged with heroin possession in Rosedale.

Baltimore County police narcotics detectives raided a house in Rosedale yesterday and arrested two men and a woman for allegedly packaging heroin for street sale.

The 10 a.m. raid in the 1700 block of Chesaco Ave. was a result of a two-month investigation, which began with an anonymous tip, police said.

Arrested and charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute were Anthony Clarke, 26, of the raided address, Emilio Martinez, 21, of Queens, N.Y., and Marlo Streams, 22, of the 6600 block of Wycombe Way in Hillendale. Clarke also was charged with violation of the narcotics kingpin act.

Police at the White Marsh station said Clarke and Martinez were held overnight on $2 million bail each for a bail review hearing today before a District Court judge.

Streams was held overnight at North Point station for a bail hearing today before a District Court commissioner.

Four ounces of uncut heroin, with an estimated street value of $100,000 was confiscated, along with a large supply of the cutting agent mannite and about 37,000 plastic sandwich bags.
