Scott Lago, who organized tours of the quilt honoring victims of AIDS, died of the disease Tuesday. He was 31. Mr. Lago, who joined the Names Project as a volunteer in 1987, organized the first two tours of the AIDS quilt, which has been shown in 20 U.S. and 10 Canadian cities and is made up of squares that honor people who have died of AIDS.
