Apparently Bush is obsessed

By the fact he does foreign stuff best

If there is a gap

` On his policy map,

It's not the Mideast but Midwest.

Honoraria vanished, they say;

But how can a bill

Keep senators speechless? No way.

*Ere the coming electoral fling

We behold an unusual thing:

More and more Democrats

& Are tossing their hats

Not into but out of the ring.

*To size up America's horde,

Census '90 put up on the board

A new bottom line

* Which would have been fine

But the underclass got underscored.
