Should People Be Allowed To Register To Vote When They Apply For Renewing Or

Changing The Address On Their State Drivers' License?

* Sheila Morrison, 42, of Ellicott City, nursing student at Howard Community College:

I do think it's important to get as many people to vote as possible. They can have a say in what goes on in Howard County. It would not alleviate the apathy, but it would make it easier to vote if it's more accessible. People are more aware where to get drivers' licenses. It's an easier process. It's not as intimidating orinvolved as registering to vote. Registering is a frustrating bureaucratic process. It should be as easy as getting a license.
